Refund policy

At Kicks District, we aim to provide a transparent and secure shopping experience. Please read the policy below carefully.

Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a refund only before a tracking number has been issued.
Once a tracking number is provided, the order is considered shipped and final, and no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.

Shipped Orders

After a tracking number has been sent, the order is officially in transit. At this stage:

  • Returns are not accepted

  • Refunds are not issued

  • Order changes are no longer possible

Order Confirmation

Before shipping, customers receive a confirmation email to verify all order and shipping details. Once confirmed and the tracking number is sent, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. Each case will be reviewed individually to determine a resolution.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Kicks District is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.
